The verb “to be” implies absolutes. But nothing is absolute — only shifting perspectives.
By removing “is,” you remove the illusion of finality in statements.
STEP 4: Adopt a Temporary, Contradictory Belief System
Belief systems are reality generators.
Trying on a new one shows how easily your mind adapts to the lens it wears.
STEP 5: Induce Symbolic Chaos
Our reality tunnels are not just built from thoughts — they’re stabilized by symbols: money, selfies, clocks, routines, clothes, usernames.
Dismantle them temporarily to shake the tunnel loose.
STEP 6: Choose a New Reality Model — Consciously
Now that you’ve exited your inherited tunnel, you’re in the liminal void. Don’t fall back into default mode. This is your chance to design your own belief system — knowing it’s fiction.
